Understand Ourselves To Understand Others. Using DISC As A Tool For Better Communication- Full day workshop

An introduction to DISC profiles, and how they can help in everyday life, at work and at home. The aim is not to pigeon-hole people, but to increase our awareness of our similarities and differences so we can better communicate together. This workshop is targeted at staff in any setting who find they need to deal with difficult situations, to help them discover their own and others’ communication style to deepen and improve relationships at home and at work.
